A huge harvest from our very own gardens. Yesterday, our volunteers harvested 137 pounds of fresh produce from the three gardens we have here on site. Tomatoes, squash, corn, beans, carrots, basil, plums, cilantro, parsley, apples, beets, turnips, collards, lettuce, chard and potatoes… all grown right here on our property.
