Jenna Moore, pictured on the left, is going to school at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and studying nutrition. She spent her summer volunteering at one of our Mobile Food Pantries, and each time provided samples of healthy snacks made from ingredients distributed at the pantry. 

She said, “This experience is the most rewarding because you can see who you’re having a direct impact on.” Not only does Jenna share her healthy snacks at the mobile food pantry, but she also shares the recipe.

At this mobile panty she was serving up some Carrot Cake Breakfast Cookies. Yum!
