As you know, we are passionate about both food waste and ensuring that our neighbors in need have access to the food they need to thrive. Well, there is a way to accomplish both objectives!

The America Gives More Act extends three charitable giving incentives, including the food donation tax deduction. Most importantly, it expands the food donation tax deduction to small businesses, ranchers, and farmers and makes the deduction permanent.
