Ribbon Cutting!

Good morning friends of Care and Share!
Understanding that we and our 40 partner agencies in Pueblo County need to reach more neighbors at risk of hunger, we embarked on a campaign to expand our Pueblo facility. The expansion will allow us to engage more volunteers, distribute more food, host more nutrition education classes, and better meet the needs of the community. Thanks to the generosity of the Pueblo community, as well as the support of several key foundations and organizations, we recently completed this campaign!
Last night, we held an open house and ribbon cutting for our community partners and supporters.

This is one more milestone as we work to provide access to food for all our neighbors in need. Expanding our reach in the Pueblo community, which is one of the largest cities in our service area, is essential to our ability to get more food to more people in more places. We are so pleased to have received the support necessary to complete this important project.
Thanks for reading and have a wonderful weekend!
