This month we are featuring our Programs Coordinator, Donna Ross
How long have you been with Care and Share?
I started in 2009 as a garden volunteer and since then have worked in the garden, accounting, kitchen and now as Programs Coordinator.
What do you do here and what do you enjoy about the work?
I am responsible for keeping the Agency Relations/Programs paperwork up to date, mainly CSFP, TEFAP and IUF. Along with my dedicated volunteer team I also prepare lunch for the staff each month. I do enjoy the “bookkeeping” side of my job but being in the kitchen is a nice change of pace.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I’ve gotten into quilting lately…it’s addictive! And spending time with my kids and grandkids is a priority.
