Looking for something new, fun, and meaningful for the New Year? Did you know that we offer a team building program for businesses, corporations, and organizations? Bridge the Gap is a way for you to learn more about your team and address challenges in the work place, all while supporting Care and Share’s mission.
During our most recent event, we hosted Strasbaugh Financial Advisory, Inc. They spent the first half of the day with Sean Holvec, our expert team builder, learning about communication techniques and styles, problem solving, and team dynamics while playing fun and challenging games.
The second part of the day was spent volunteering. The Strasbaugh team put together breakfast baskets for seniors in need. What a great way to finish a day of team building!
