Good morning friends of Care and Share!
This year has been one of firsts for us. We launched Within Reach, our five-year plan to provide access to food to all of the 171,000 Southern Coloradoans at risk of hunger living in our 31-county, 52,000 square mile service area.
We started our first ever School-centered Mobile Food Pantry, revamped our Children’s Nutrition Initiative to reach more children at risk of hunger, launched our first-ever crowd funding campaign, and we are embarking on an inaugural golf tournament!
Drive out Hunger will be held this Monday at the Country Club of Colorado-125 East Clubhouse Drive.
