Service Insights on MealConnect (SIMC) is a free, all-in-one, online tool for neighbor intake that will help us better serve you and your neighbors!

Ready to get started with SIMC?

It's our hope that this tool will help your agency and Care and Share better serve the neighbors in your community. By knowing who we are serving, we can ensure they are getting the food they need to thrive! Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1

Complete the online training course, or email SIMC@careandshare.org to schedule an in-person training for you and your volunteers.

Step 2

Once your team has finished training, schedule your launch date with the SIMC team.

Step 3

Go live with SIMC and begin collecting data! This system will help your agency and Care and Share better serve your neighbors and community.
