TEFAP

What is TEFAP?

TEFAP stands for The Emergency Food Assistance Program.

It’s a federal program that helps supplement the diets of people living on a low income by providing them with emergency food assistance at no cost. We distribute the food through our partner food pantries and programs, and then neighbors are able to take it home.

You then confirm with the TEFAP site manager that you qualify (you don’t need to provide documentation to prove this) and complete a simple sign-in sheet to receive your food box.
