Care and Share will make a weather delay or closure at 5:00 AM on the day of. You can call  719-434-3419 at or after 5:00 AM to confirm a delay or closure.  

Two Hour Delay:

• Any agency that is expecting a delivery that is impacted by a 2-hour delay will be notified by Quality Assurance with options for re-delivery on a future date.  
• Any agency picking-up between 8:00-10:00 AM will be rescheduled accordingly by Quality Assurance and notified. If an agency cannot pick up during the rescheduled time, the product will be returned to inventory.  

Weather Closure:  

• Care and Share will try to reschedule any missed deliveries immediately and contact impacted agencies with options for re-delivery.  
• Any agency picking-up will be rescheduled accordingly by Quality Assurance and notified. If an agency cannot pick up during the rescheduled time, the product will be returned to inventory.
