Get started on your drive
Hosting a food or fund drive, which we like to refer to as CARE Drives, benefit our neighbors experiencing hunger. It's a fun, meaningful way to get involved. Plus, it just feels so good to do something for people who need you.
- Our most needed food items are canned meat, canned tuna, soup, canned fruit, canned vegetables, peanut butter, jelly, cereal, and oatmeal.
- Care and Share branded 40-gallon barrels are available on a first come, first served basis. To pick up a barrel, visit our COS distribution center (2605 Preamble Point, 80915) and enter the sliding glass doors that say “Food Donations” between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- When you have completed your drive, our distribution center will be open to collect donations from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please click here to see our distribution center closure dates.

If you’re a corporation, organization, or individual wanting to host an in-person food drive, we’re here to help! Putting the fun in fundraiser
What better way to jazz up a fundraiser than by incorporating aerobics?
Did we mention it involves elementary school kids using donated canned goods as weights? Kudos to Skyway Park Elementary for coming up with a fun and unique way to get students excited about giving back!
