It’s time to enjoy another county highlight. Rio Grande is one of the 10 ten counties in our state with the highest child food insecurity rate. With a rate nearly 4% higher than the state’s average, we are working to ensure that we are providing food to children in need through our Children’s Nutrition Initiative and our partner agencies.
