Thanks to the generous support of our donors, Care and Share Food Bank is able to distribute millions of pounds of food to more than 400 member agencies in southern Colorado and sister food banks throughout the state to reach more than 100,000 people in need in 31 counties. Ninety-five cents of every dollar donated to Care and Share Food Bank goes directly towards our mission of bridging the gap between hunger and abundance in southern Colorado and each $1 donated will procure up to ten pounds of food - about seven meals - for a hungry person.
